Phone interview, questionnaire, interview with area director, questionnaire again, hiring process (background check, license check/copy etc), 8 weeks manager training which consist of hands on in all stations of the restaurant.

On 3rd interview which was a 'Day in the Life' of a manager; got there with the expectation of shadowing a manager instead was asked to shadow a bartender and server.
