Applied online, then walked in to follow up on the application on a Monday at 2pm. Three interviews with the three different managers. Had two interviews within 30 min. Fast process, met restaurant manager the following day where I was promptly hired.

This was a pretty easy interview process. I was asked if I had ever dealt with difficult people and to say what was my motivation for wanting to work at Applebees. It was overall very chill and I enjoyed it.

It was very simple, on the Applebee's web site, I selected a place and position. Answered about 5 mostly contact related questions and then selected a time for a 1st interview. I think they mostly wanted to see that I was early, dressed nicely (but I didn't wear a tie), and had a pleasant personality via a smile and firm handshake. I was called back for 2nd interview. I am currently waiting to hear back, but think I got the job.
