I applied on snagajob.com and got called in for an interview the same day. A few days later, I went in and had an interview with one of the managers and then 2 days later I went in for orientation and started the next day.

Quick and easy interview. Got hired on the spot. Two managers interviewed me. They asked me what my availability looks like and asked about my goals, and a few questions about the store and customer service.
