Entretien
Very direct and professional where it seemed also quite casual and lacked pressure. Starts with a phone interview with a recruiter who will ask you a few questions that last about 15 minutes and then in-person with the reporting manager.
It was very detailed and directly related to the position. The manager was very polite and did not make me feel nervous. She knew what she was doing. She knew what to ask and she knew what to expect as an answer

Entretien
Met with Branch Manager first, and spoke about the opportunity. Next met with entire team--role and duties were given, each person asked questions, and explained how vital the role was to the branch.
