First is a phone interview, then scheduled another interview at their office. Once arrived the office, need to fill out a lot of paper work that are basically your personally information and work experiences. Then is the 1:1 interview, pretty much are the standard question. Afterward they required reference check. Then you never hear back from the advisor.
