everything went great, but I didn't hear back from the hiring manager after 3rd round of interview and didn't get any feedback from the team. the process was done professionally, but the lack of feedback sucked

Interviews took a couple of weeks, I interviewed with 5 different people for the role and received a verbal offer pretty quickly, then the written offer came a few weeks later.

Entretien
Had a phone interview and was asked to come in for a store group interview with 4 others.
They asked questions in rotation, with each getting a chance to answer the same question.
Out of the 5, me and another candidate had really good answers and the rest (I say this respectfully) couldn’t string a sentence together and their answers had no correlation to the questions asked.
Was bummed I didn’t offered a role, forgot about it, went back in store to pick up an order and see the guy with the worst answers, no English working there.
Never again.
