it took a long time for the HR to process (1 year) and send out an interview slot email. The interview was smooth and comfortable as per usual Apple store

Dopo una breve introduzione sull’azienda e sul ruolo, mi sono state poste domande per valutare come affronto situazioni complesse, gestisco il tempo e interagisco con persone in difficoltà.
Le domande erano in stile behavioural, con richieste del tipo:
• “Parlami di una volta in cui hai aiutato un cliente frustrato.”
• “Come reagisci quando hai troppe cose da fare contemporaneamente?”
• “Raccontami di un’occasione in cui hai commesso un errore e cosa hai imparato.”

I think it's 4 rounds of interviews. Made it past the first which is by phone (pretty brief). Second is in person. The interviewers took a good cop bad cop approach. Ultimately I did not make it to the 3 round of interviews. When asked why they said that was a good question, but they don't share that info.
