1) I was initially contacted by phone by the recruiter and they asked me basic questions of my experience as a Business Analyst.
2) Received a Salesforce.com technical exercise and once completed had a a phone interview to go over the exercise.
3) Had two other interviews over the phone with current Appirio Consultants. Their questions were mostly about my experience and how I interact and work in teams. They didn't ask any technical questions.
4) Had a face to face interview with the person that would be my manager.
5) They flew me to Indiana for 3 more face to face interviews.
Overall, it was obvious that for an associate consultant they wanted basic Salesforce.com admin knowledge but most importantly they wanted to make sure I was someone that would fit into Appirio. They were looking for someone that they all felt comfortable working with. They wanted to see my personality and attitude.

They didn't really have difficult questions. After 4 or 5 interviews without technical questions one of the interviewers in Indiana asked me a couple of technical questions. I was taken a little by surprise but they were not complicated questions.

The interview process consists of 3 interviews. A first interview where you validate your CV . In the second interview, you talk about your experience, soft skills and technical skills. The last one it's a conversation to talk about your interest in enter in the company

There were 4 rounds which included 2 technical rounds, 1 manager round and 1 HR round.
The interview questions were all related to Salesforce and much on the area that you have worked on and somewhat related to other area.

whole process took 1 month. Total 4 rounds and it started a written test including aptitude questions and objective type java questions and after that 3 rounds of interview including 1 hr round. all interviews were face to face.
