J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Appian (Londres, Angleterre) en nov. 2019
Entretien
The interview process was quick and ran very smoothly. Within a week of applying, I was invited for a CV-based telephone interview (30mins) and after that, I was invited to a Super Day (assessment centre) where there were three behavioural interviews with consultants at various levels as well as a chat with the VP. This was the whole day, from 10:30 to 18:30. All of the interviewers (as well as other employers I met) were extremely friendly and inviting and the interviews were quite casual and conversational. There were other candidates present on the day but the environment was relaxed and positive rather than competitive. There were no group tasks and between interviews everyone waited in the same room and socialised.
Even though I didn't get an offer, it was a very positive experience overall.
Tell me about this or that extracurricular activity (on the Super Day, there were mainly questions like these followed by behavioural-type questions: have you ever had a situation where ... and how did you deal with...)
The interview process comprises four stages: an online assessment, two technical interview rounds, and a final HR interview. The online assessment includes two programming questions along with basic computer science fundamentals. The first technical round focuses on coding problems, while the second technical round consists of scenario-based questions. The final HR round evaluates cultural fit and overall suitability for the role.
Online assessment, then two technical interview and then final HR. They expected webdev projects and in depth knowlwgde in sql and one programmig lanuage. The questions were easy and CSE & IT students were given preference.
All behavioral, really focusing on past experiences and why Appian. 2 rounds of interviews and then power day. The first round was all tell me about a time ... type questions and fairly random questions. Next round was more behavioral questions and most in depth with your resume. Next step is power day
