Just a sample of 5 tasks that we would be working on, with a set of guidelines which we had to read and understand. Only when we complete the training we would receive the sample tasks. The training was ok, but for some reason my completion status didn't reflect on their site and I had to do it all over again. Then I received an excel sheet with the sample tasks.

Entretien
There is no interview for independent contractors. They just email you if they have an open slot, and go from there. Best interview ever. Don't know what else to say about it. Glassdoor requires 30 words for this.

Question 1
The only questions asked were about equipment specs, and that was done with an online form.
Nice process. It was done an assessment to test job requirements. Everything else was done via email. There was not an interview process because the job opportunity was remote. You had to study the job's guidelines in order to be approved.
Cada projeto tem sua própria seleção, mas geralmente o processo é o seguinte: você se candidata ao trabalho e se a candidatura for aceita, recebe um material para estudar sobre os detalhes do projeto. Após fazer um teste que simula o trabalho no dia a dia, somos ou não aceitos no projeto. No passado, ao passar em uma dessas seleções o início costumava ser imediato. Hoje em dia, estou em uma espécie de standby em alguns projetos: fui aprovado nos testes, mas não há vagas abertas para trabalhar.
