Entretien
Had an interview with the Control Center Manager. Process was fairly straight forward. He simply asked about my work experience, what I knew with regards to the company and why I wanted to work there. Pretty sure there was meant to be a scenario section too where I was meant to be presented with different scenarios and respond to them using the STAR method but he kinda just skipped over all that, he was a cool guy overall and the interview was very pleasant. Very much just felt like a conversation with a friend.

Quite complicated 3 stages in the process, call, assessments which had 4 stages, a teams interview then a call with other candidates listening to calls then offered the job with a choice if you want to accept it

Entretien
The interview was done online via a Teams call. It was great to hear how much the existing staff enjoyed working for the company. The session then split into individual teams calls for a personal interview.

There were a couple of competency based questions which, to be honest, I don't handle very well. At least they allow you to have a conversation.
