30 minutes Teams interview - brief introductions from panel members then on to candidate introduction, followed by one role play scenario using two links provided - one was the alarm call landing page and the other was the procedural guide, so you were required to switch between the two as the role play progressed and you went from speaking with a service user who needed assistance, to speaking with the ambulance service who needed access information etc. The panel turned their cameras off for the role play which added a sense of reality to the scenario, which was helpful. Learn your phonetic alphabet, you'll stand out if you use it confidently in the role play.

Quite complicated 3 stages in the process, call, assessments which had 4 stages, a teams interview then a call with other candidates listening to calls then offered the job with a choice if you want to accept it
