The interview process usually begins with an online assessment to test your basic technical and analytical skills. After this, you attend a technical round where you discuss networking, Linux, certificates, troubleshooting, and real-time problem scenarios. Then a managerial interview checks your communication, customer-handling ability, teamwork, and attitude toward solving complex issues. Finally, an HR round covers culture fit, salary, and joining details.

It was like a friendly interaction with the interviewers.
The process took 4-5 days
1st round: Online test-3 sections-quantitative-analytical-coding
(quanti and analytical assessment was for the solution support role, coding was for the software developer role)
2nd round: GD - random topics
(just to know our communication skills)
3rd round: Tech interview-based on ur resume
(questions related to our area of interest will be asked)
4th round: Managerial interview
(situation and scenario based questions to know our thinking ability)
note: for solution support role there wasn't much of tech asked so both tech and managerial round together was conducted as a single interview
5th round: HR interview-brief interaction about the personal information of the interviewee

There were 4 interviews + 1 HR discussion. Interviews were focused more on Linux and troubleshooting and customer handling. I had the opportunity to talk with the head of Tech support in India and US

It would a 4 rounds consists of aptitude(Logical reasoning, Quants, Verbal, Basic Network Questions ), GD(Some common topics), Technical HR(Based on oops and resume and communication skill), General Hr. The overall interview process took for 2 days.
