The company had two rounds of online assessments followed by a 1 to 1.5-hour interview. There were two interviewers in the panel. During the interview, they asked DSA questions and also asked me to write code using Express, MongoDB, and React on an online sandbox. I was able to solve everything. After completing the interview process, they told me that the stipend for the first 3 months would be ₹7,000. After 3 months, it would increase to ₹10,000, then ₹20,000 after 6 months, and ₹30,000 after one year. They also have a 2-year bond. I don’t understand what they expect. They want top-level skills but are paying less than a basic labor wage.
