1 phone interview and onsite interview in Minneapolis, MN meet a couple of developers and CTO

Talked to the founder on the phone after submitted resume. Took about 45 minutes. Seemed genuinely interested in the process, and did a great job of noting my previous responses and fitting them into the conversation. Set up an on site interview for the next week. Scheduled as a chance to "meet the guys" but it turned out to be a technical session. This was a surprise. Good thing I dont study much for interviews to begin with. Never actually did much meeting of the team. Oh well. Nice office space though. Good location. After two technical interviews (Reverse linked list, print out tree depth by depth left to right, some statistics), spent an hour in conversation with the founder. Conversation was interesting, and only at this point did I get a good description of what was going on. A week later received word that the company was willing to extend an offer... but I'd have to wait two months (for business to stabilize?).
