It was organized and well-run. Initial screening by an in-house HR recruiter, with technical phone screen follow-up and then in-house day long interview with various members of the team. I was impressed with the seriousness with which they take the HR/recruiting function. It's definitely a part of their plan as opposed to an add-on function. I thought the team that was put together for the interview was well-rounded. It gave them a chance to get to know me from several different angles, and it gave me a chance to see representatives from different parts of the company which gave me a great indication of talent and culture.
