If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm disappointed to be sharing the same discipline of work with, in my opinion, the morally unethical practice of the recruitment team that I interviewed with. Not only does Apollo have blatantly negative reviews from its own current employees, but its recruitment practice is a big, bright red flag. An unspoken yet golden rule in recruitment is to never, ever use the phrase, "we're trending towards an offer" to a candidate unless you mean it. Using promising language like this, even passively, and then yanking an offer away without giving any feedback is a professionally bankrupt way to do your job. It's shallow, cowardly, and inexcusable. In sum, believe the reviews. I was hoping that the Apollo Recruitment Team would've overcome the very common negative reviews, but they only fanned the flame. Shame on you Apollo Recruitment Team for wasting my time and for giving Recruiters a bad name!
