The interview process consisted of 6 interviews averaging an hour each. The 1st by phone and the remaining 5 via Zoom. Time went by fast with a friendly atmosphere permeating each interview. The majority of questions were designed to understand my previous work experience and for me to provide real life examples of past project failures and successes. Any gaps in my resume or lack of specific knowledge required for the position, I was asked to explain.
