I got very bad experience of interview process.
they took 3 round each round 1st and 2nd Round was 15 mint only direct question and in 3rd Round Vinay Joined meeting 20 mint late after waiting 20 mint he joined and asked only 2 questions in 5 mint he told he is done from his side
Not sure what magic skills he judging people in 5 mint
or he just wanted to do formality to take interview and west others time

Entretien
There were 3 rounds of interview which are not at all transparent. First round they will ask about very basic concept of DBMS, Cloud, Integration, software engineering etc. 2nd round they will ask advance concept related to integration and 3 rd was supposed to be executive interview but it happened to be technical for me. 3rd round was most scenario based question on the advanced topic in integration. It went well. As per their HR process, in case of selection or rejection, the candidate should get a notification. Even after 1 week, I did not get any intimation and HR was also not responding. The HR put the excuse that the feedback is not available in the system even after 1 week. This whole process took almost a month and still they did not let the candidate know the result.

it was a scenario based question for explaining the Transaction management in a queue to consume messages and do the exception handling.

Entretien
There were 3 rounds in total.
First a technical round that lasted for 5 min maybe with random questions on cloud and basic of Java.
Second one online test with some question picked up on what not I don't understand, what is the point of all these random test for a person of 10 years of experience.
Third round technical again, but this time the person was not interested in knowing about the technical ability. She was more interested in figuring out how certain extension is named or the things that I have not even mentioned in CV and expected me to answer those.
But anyway quite useless I would say.
