J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Apisero (Bengaluru) en mars 2021
Entretien
1. Technical Interview 1(Approx. 15 mins)
2. Technical Interview 2(Approx. 7 mins)
3. Technical Interview 3(Approx. 5 mins)
4. Interview with CEO
5. HR Interview
Prior to interview there is coding plus MCQ round based on cloud, mule and oops concept. There are some questions on math.
For me after this coding plus MCQ round, Apisero took almost two months to proceed for the next rounds. First technical round was on my primary skill, mule and on basic cloud concepts. After first round, Apisero took 15days to schedule the next round. The round took hardly 7mins. The interviewer uttered several technical terms and asked me whether I am familiar with any of those. He did not check/verify whether I am actually aware of those terms or not. He expected me to answer in yes/no. So I didn't understand on what basis they selected me for the next round. Anyways, the gap between second and third technical round was 1 week. Again, the round is of 5 mins. Again she expected me to answer in yes or no. But in this round, interviewer was rude. She did not ask any question relevant to my technical skills or the position they were hiring of. I don't know whether she has sixth sense or not(As she didn't ask anything regarding this) but she pointed out, that as per my experience my technical skill is not up to the mark and she informed the same in the interview round itself. Slow clap for her and the whole recruitment team. I saw several negative comments in glassdoor regarding this company's hiring process but still I took the chance and wasted my time successfully. Although I didn't receive any feedback from the HR, but any chance if I receive any positive feedback then also I will not proceed.

I was approached by Apisero HR for a position in Pune office, and was asked if I was ready to switch my career as a mulesoft developer, since I was looking for another job I said yes. Then I was given an online test link, using some platform to conduct it. It was kinda tough test, I thought I would not make it, but to my surprise, I was told about my round-1 of interview to be conducted by Apisero, following which 3 more rounds of interview took place, each interview not lasting more than 15-20 minutes. Very basic questions where asked from core java , cloud computing and git etc.
Overall process took place between 20-30 days, I was actually discouraged by reading the negative reviews on Glassdoor about the organisation, but it turned out to be great company & among the rapidly growing companies in india. So if you are good with your basics, I think you will bag an offer from the company.
