Liked the chatbot notifications during hiring process. First round was smooth. Panel was very knowledgeable and was stressing on concepts and attitude. It went well and round two was scheduled for next week and it got postponed week after week for 3 weeks. Finally it happened. Since the interview was virtual, panel's background was very noisy. He was very arrogant and he was expecting whatever he knows to be known by me. You can't expect people to know everything and it's ok to not know something. Panel can't tell why u don't know this. Advise to company people to not send such people for interviews. They demoralize people. If you don't offer job, it's ok. But behave well. Apisero is a great growing company but people like this are bringing its standard down by giving bad perception to others. Also recruiter throws a lot attitude. CEO Mr. Vijay Rao, please fix such issues in future sir. Have a lot of respect for you.

I am not sure if they are serious about hiring Interview Process they schedule 4 to 5 technical rounds and they select you after each round and last round taken by leadership is just 5mins with basic technical questions and i answered it well but finally say rejected with out any proper feedback.Really 5mins can decide anyones ability if so why previous rounds they kept selecting you.I think they just want to show hiring number than genuinely seriously recruiting.
