The Director of HR called me to set-up a phone interview since my potential new managers worked from their homes. She walked me through the process. She was absolutely wonderful. She did the initial interview over the phone and told me exactly what was expected of me and the role I would fill. She was confident and really enjoyed the company culture which translated effectively during our interview. She set up the interview for my future 3 bosses. This phone interview lasted for about 30 minutes. They readily agreed that I would be a perfect fit so the Director of HR called me back to ensure that I was still interested in the position and to negotiate salary. I was contacted and hired within 2 days. They know what they want and are decisive when they find the right candidate.
