Many phone conversations (one-on-one), group phone interviews, in-person presentations to a group, as well as in-person chats with hiring group. It was a time-consuming process but the follow up and the engagement was amazing and considerate.

Applied online and reached out to those I new within the company. Two weeks later I had a phone interview with two Engineers from the company. Phone interview consisted of my background and experiences, just going over my resume for 40 minutes. I heard back a week later from HR to go over next steps after my phone interview. Then 2 weeks later, received an email inviting me for an onsite interview. We scheduled something for 2 weeks out. The onsite interview was ~4 hours long. First hour I presented myself and experience to all interviewers using slides and answered many questions along the presentation. Took a water break, the talent team is very nice and considerate of all candidates during the interview process. Then the interviewers divided in 3 groups and I had 3 consecutive 30-40 minute interviews with the different groups. Provided references, Boss and colleague for them to call. Got an offer shortly after
