It was very intense. 3 stage interview process. I arrived early. went to the first interview with the Directors, followed by another interview process with the employees. The interview process with the employees was more relaxing since those are the folks you'd be managing.

How do you plan to take this organization to the next level?
The interview was very brief and quick. The process was very informal which was strange. Interview questions were not hard. Interview was held in another store by the owner of the franchise.
