Entretien
The assessment centre involved a brief introduction to the company followed by a group debate, a one-to-one interview and a prepared presentation. After lunch we took part in an in-tray exercise followed by a client case study. Each activity lasted between 30-45 mins, apart from the case study which was 90 mins.

The recruitment process has three stages. First is the initial application. Next is the video AI interview. The final stage is the in person Assessment Centre. This means the overall process is shorter compared to some other companies that have more interview stages.

Entretien
There was a video Interview, one motivation and 3 behavioural questions. The behavioral questions are a bit different from what you see in other companies. The interview is conducted on the hirevue platform.
There involved a psychometric assessment. Following this I was invited to an online assessment centre. This involved a two group tasks and a one to one interview. Overall the assessment centre was good.
