The interviewThe Aon graduate scheme for an Investment Analyst in the UK involves several stages:
Online Application: Submit resume and cover letter.
Online Assessments: Complete psychometric and situational judgement tests.
Video Interview: Answer competency-based questions in a pre-recorded format.
Assessment Centre: Participate in group exercises, case studies, and in-person interviews (technical, competency, and HR).
Final Interview: Interview with senior management.
Offer and Onboarding: Receive a formal offer and complete onboarding.
This process evaluates technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.

They asked me to prepare a 5-minute-long presentation on one out of three topics
Online interview behavioral questions. Asked about your experience and how you would act in certain company situations. Also asked about your background and inclinations towards the company. Additionaly they asked about past work ex that can be helpful for the company
Three stages of interviews HR, followed by hiring manager, followed by a team fit interview with someone currently in the role that you are applying for. Mine were all virtual but I think this depends on the circumstances

Good but automated throughout, got through to assessment centre but did not receive a call to attend because too many applicants, there was also a large delay in the updates within rounds.
