Straightforward online application; explanation of the graduate role was confusing when talked through during in-person interview. Interviewers were generally friendly and open to many questions, however could have provided some more guidance on expectations for current university students.

How do you typically handle situations where you have multiple tasks to do?
First round interview is video interview. It is nice because it allows people to have unlimited prep time, and a certain number of retries. Less stress. Questions themselves are alright. Be prepared!

Entretien
submitted an application, did an online assessment, got selected for a video interview. Completed the video interview. Sadly never heard back from them, no rejection email no update. It happens but i wish they got back to me and said they weren't interested. Got ghosted like it was tinder.

Applied and they contact me the same day. Two interviews, the last one was a technical test. Questions were about risk management, climate-risk, and insurance things. It was around half and hour in total
