Entretien
The first interview felt very impersonal. It was a one-way interview using a virtual, automated interview website. After submitting the interview and following up twice with the recruiter, I never heard back from them, not even a rejection letter. For a major company, I felt this was very poorly run.

Rather than asking any personal questions about me and my skills, they focused more on technical questions.
Online interview behavioral questions. Asked about your experience and how you would act in certain company situations. Also asked about your background and inclinations towards the company. Additionaly they asked about past work ex that can be helpful for the company
Three stages of interviews HR, followed by hiring manager, followed by a team fit interview with someone currently in the role that you are applying for. Mine were all virtual but I think this depends on the circumstances

Good but automated throughout, got through to assessment centre but did not receive a call to attend because too many applicants, there was also a large delay in the updates within rounds.
