First interview over the phone-basic questions and english language competency conversation.
The second stage was more of a behavioral based qa.

It was an easy interview, just questions from your cv, walk through your resume, accomplishments apart from your cv, past internship experiences etc, how do you handle harsh feedbacks etc.

This was a very calm yet professional interview. First was the shortlisting process, then received a call from talent acquisition specialist where basic eligibility and role was briefed. Then was the interview scheduled with the Manager at Aon which lasted approximately 30 min
