They make a big deal about the hiring process at first with several rounds, 1st with recruiter company by phone, 2nd with the store supervisor/manager by video chat that already took 2-3 weeks. Then this so called experienced store leader asks about your high school gradutation year and then ghost you after the interviews without the decency to notify you. Who does that?? I was only in my mid 30's. Didn't think I was applying to a beauty pageant program. Unprofessional, ridiculous and definitely ageism takes place at this store.
