1. Phone Interview - Pretty easy and typical - Positive Experience 2. Feeling out a lengthy questionnaire - Took a couple of hours 3. Interview with potential manager - awesome interview & great guy Panel Interviews 4a. Panel interview with potential manager and VP of the division - Again, awesome experience & great conversation. Made me want to work under them more. 4b. Panel interview with senior level software engineers. Asked obscure C++ questions and generally seemed uninterested in the interview. I believe he was a 1099 and he stared at the floor for around 85% of the interview and the other didn't have a camera. At one point he didn't know what questions to ask so he pulled up Confluence for interview questions and shared them.
