Overall process was grueling, showed no respect for candidate's time, reflected inability on manager's part to assess candidates other than pure excel exercises and curveball questions like pointless abstractions about strategy. Other members of interviewing panel were notably disengaged. Gave red flags about the work culture at Antech. What a waste of time
