First Step: Phone Interview with the Recruiter lasted about 30 mins. Second Step: Panel Interview with 5 interviewers which lasted for about 3 hours. The interview went pretty well. Recruiter never followed up which was extremely frustrating. I had to email her multiple times to check on the status of my interview. No communication whatsoever after having spent my precious time in a panel interview which resulted in weeks full of anxiety, frustration and anticipation of getting an offer since I had the experience required for the position. Extremely disappointing hiring experience.
