I was quickly contacted for a phone interview shortly after submitting my cover letter and resume on the website. We scheduled an (in person) interview the following week. I met with three different people, separately, during the interview and had a lab tour. More technical than other interviews I've had which were more personality or situational based questions.

Hiring process can be very fast since they are a small company. However, I declined the offer to move forward because the pay was too low compared to the same position at other companies.
