Entretien
Very basic. I was asked what my experience was. I was asked about what my goals were and where I wanted to be in five years. Very standard. I was hired on the spot and came back a few days later to begin training
Hired on the spot, but I had a great deal of restaurant experience under my belt already. I had just moved to the area, and was not interested in transferring to the restaurant I was at before.
