Applied online and received an email to schedule an initial interview. First available date was a week and a half out but I received no call on the scheduled day. Sent an email to the recruiter asking if there was a better time to meet and received no response. I completely understand if the role was already filled, but the interview should have been canceled or at least a response from the recruiter.
