It had multiple rounds. All the rounds were valuable. The last interview was very detailed. They also had a written round and a final interview. They informed us about everything in advance.

It was easy and open. They were patient and made me feel comfortable. They were particular about skills, therapy modalities, way of conducting a session. They did give a counselling approach rather than a pathological approach.
