Assignment was relevant and my tech stack aligned well with the role. I clearly explained my approach and complexity during the intro call. The interview schedule appeared significantly more flexible for the interviewer than the candidate, with delays and mid-slot rescheduling. Despite this, the process concluded at the intro stage itself without any further technical/DSA evaluation. The final decision was shared without feedback, leaving candidates to guess what criteria were actually being assessed.
