first of all they will take an online assessment test to check whether your personality really fits in their post...then after 1 week there will be a phone interview they will ask you similar questions as they did during the online test.after this there will be another telephonic interview where you will be asked technical related question.and finally ahter getting through all these process there will be a face-to-face or an online video conferencing interview.
