Interview was easy one.
But they dont want engineers to work.they mention always that engineers are allowed but when it comes to interview they select very less no. Of engineering graduates

Why you want to work in bpo even you are a engineering graduate?
It was an easy interview with 2 rounds of aptitude test and then PI, the aptitude was relatively easy and in PI questions based on my Profile was asked. I was given some riddles to solve which were easy and my communication skills were tested

Entretien
Very welcoming and easy to speak to. I wish more companies had interviews like this one. They were straight forward and told me the good and the bad. I am thankful for the opportunity the provided me with.
