My process was through on-campus recruiting. The first round was very basic. Went through my resume and talked about my previous work experiences. No situational questions. Response was very quick. I heard back about moving on that same day. The second round interview consisted of a little 5-sheet case interview with simple analysis of basic financial information and a brain teaser. I'm still in the process and waiting to hear back.
