Initial interview lasting 15 to 30 minutes. They do say they'll send over interview questions before hand but up to 24hrs before I hadn't received them yet. I asked about the interview process and you're given a skills test that you have a few hours to complete and THEN you get to the actual interview stage and i assume thereafter you'd get your references checked etc
