Overall I have to say it was a good experience passed the Ramsey test but 5 other applicants failed and I asked them and all of our tests were different

Entretien
Hiring process has an initial screening followed by a basic aptitude test. Next, you have a generic interview of the all too familiar general HR questions. Next, there is a technical interview or Ramsey test, formerly there was a bench test, or Practical skills assessment. Then you have a criminal background check and drug screening. After that is a final interview with senior leadership.

Describe a time you had conflict with a coworker and how you resolved the disagreement.
Bench test is crucial study up on measurements and measurement tools. Other then that it’s a lot of scenario based questions. If you get the plant walk through after final interview, you have the job.
