It was with one hr personnel and department manager. It is said there was one or two more stages. Mostly, classical hr questions were asked such as "tell me about yourself", "what was the most difficult time for your career and how did you overcome?" etc.

I was interviewed by 3 ladies and they were very patient and accommodative. They took their time to explain how it feels like to work at Sishen and they went at length to explain how they will measure and improve me if I were to get the job.
