I was head hunted by a recruiter and short listed for an interview. The process was quite quick to get to interview stage. The interviewers were very friendly and it seemed informal. It felt like they were trying to convince me to join the organisation. They asked about my experience and my background. I waited more than 2 months to get final feedback and ended up calling hiring manager. The recruiter kept saying they didn't have feedback yet the hiring manager said they had gone with another candidate.
