Entretien
The interview process was intense. I do not believe everyone on my team experienced the same type of interview because they are inconsistent with the process. I interviewed initially over the phone and then had a 12 person interview in pairs over six hours. I had a subsequent interview for another hour because some individuals were not available in the first interview.
