Applied through Handshake, and a recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview with the recruiter, I was invited to do a second round video interview with a Sales Director. Both interviews were fairly straightforward, asking about my experiences on my resume and some behavioral questions. I didn't get the internship, but the recruiter passed along feedback from my video interview with the Sales Director, which I admire HomeAdvisor for doing.
