I was reached out to by a recruiter on Indeed twice about this role. I reviewed the job requirements and agreed to a phone interview to discuss the basics because I felt like it would be a good fit. Unfortunately, the scheduled time came and went without a call. I sent the recruiter a follow-up email to see if we were still on and I never received a reply to that, either. Totally unprofessional and slightly disappointing during a job hunt.

I was contacted by a HomeAdvisor recruiter via LinkedIn. We set up a phone call for the following day. She asked about my career interests and past experiences. Then she provided a lengthy job description of the role, salary, benefits, etc. It was a friendly, conversational interaction. I was then invited for an onsite interview where I met both the recruiter and a sales manager. Once again, it was a series of basic interview questions and getting to know them. They showed me around the office and provided a packet with all the information about the role. Ended up getting an offer but turned it down because the role wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Overall good experience.
