For junior software developer interviews we are looking for candidates that have emerging technical skills. So we would expect candidates to have installed an IDE, built a website and connected to a database using SQL in their own time. You'll be tested on your technical skills at interview so you'll need to be able to understand programming and syntax. We're also looking for a good attitude and commitment to Liverpool.
