Reached out via LinkedIn. I got an email inviting me to an interview from a recruiter and within a week I had a 45 minute phone call with an individual on the team. Keep in mind I have not spoken to anyone from HR on the phone. In the interview the person let me know I was supposed to take a test (which I had no clue about). Long story story I was not able to access the lab. My interviewer seemed to be in a rush. I was asked hardly anything about myself and given a 15 minute spiel about how this company wants to be the next Boeing or whatever. I worked at two fortune 100 and this by far was the most bizarre interview and the biggest waste of my time. Never have I once before made feel like I was a nuisance to interview.

Had a phone screen with the senior recruiter. He told me about the company and role and asked about my background. Then he outlined the potential future interview process. Was very friendly and conversational
